Heat Treatment Process Inspection

This is the Heat Treatment Process Inspection flow for our crusher parts foundry:

First, we use a Bench Metallography Microscope to inspect equal thickness test blocks and test samples.

Then, we utilize a Portable Metallography Microscope to conduct metallography inspection for each furnace batch.

Finally, a Metallography Report is generated to record the inspection results.
