2sets professional hydraulic quenching systems, which ensures the speed of water filling and the reliability of the product quality.
Heat treatment furnace installed on the side of the quenching pool which ensures to only use 35 second speed of the products’ entering water. We have three Quenching pool ,The biggest quenching pool size is L:56M *W:6.5M *H:6.5M which ensure to have enough water when quenching .
Quenching systems: Equipped with two advanced water circulation systems;
Water circulation is different directions for different shapes of products .
