Our foundry is located in Wuyi city, Zhejiang province, founded in Oct ,2011-year,  more than 15 years  professional casting experience and focused on the R&D and production of high-end wear-resistant parts .Foundry area: 67,576.20 square meter, 254 employees , including over 50 management staff and 19  professional staffs in the Quality Control Department , 7 professional foundry engineers and 3 senior foundry engineers; in addition , we has 18 employees with senior professional titles ,11 technicians ,and 7 senior technicians .

Our productions capacity:45,000tons per year. We adopt advanced water-glass sand casting production line, it completely solves the traditional production process which is difficult to overcome the blowhole, impacted sand and surface micro crack problems, greatly improves the product quality of parts.

We could cast wear& spare parts from 1kgs to 30,000kgs in a broad variety of high manganese steel, Alloy steel, high chrome iron material, carbon steel and replacement parts of famous crusher brand.

We have ERP track systems, and could control high quality systems and ensure the lead time on time.
