In the manufacturing process of mining machinery parts, the heat treatment process is one of the core links that determine product performance, service life and reliability. In order to ensure that every product can meet the requirements of use under harsh working conditions, our factory is still continuously increasing investment in heat treatment equipment and technology to continuously improve product quality and production capacity.

Perfect heat treatment equipment

At present, our factory has 12 heat treatment furnaces, which can meet the heat treatment needs of castings of different specifications and materials. The maximum casting size we can handle is: 5000×4000 ×3450 mm.

This ability allows us to provide high-quality heat treatment services for wear-resistant parts and structural parts for mining equipment such as cone crushers, jaw crushers, gyrotary crushers, and apron feeders.

At the same time, the factory’s heat treatment system is equipped with a large-scale cooling system with a total water storage capacity of 6,000 tons, which provides a stable and reliable cooling guarantee for the quenching of large castings.

Automated quenching system to improve product quality

In order to further improve the quality of heat treatment and process stability, the company is equipped with two professional automated reclaimers to realize the automated operation of the heat treatment process.

The whole process from the casting being baked to entering the quenching tank, the processing time is only about 25 seconds.

Rapid transfer can effectively reduce the time of exposure of high-temperature castings to air, avoid temperature loss, and thus ensure the consistency of heat treatment effect.

For large wear-resistant castings, the quenching transfer time directly affects the final organizational structure and mechanical properties. The application of automation equipment not only improves production efficiency, but also further ensures the stability of product quality.
