High manganese steel is the most commonly used material for mining crusher wear parts. According to different manganese content, we mainly offer three grades:
- MN13: With approximately 13% manganese, it offers the best toughness and excellent work-hardening ability. Suitable for low-impact, moderate-wear materials (such as limestone, soft rocks and etc.).
- MN18: With approximately 18% manganese, it provides the best balanced performance in strength and toughness. This is currently the most popular grade, ideal for medium to high-impact, medium to high-wear materials (such as granite, basalt and etc.).
- MN22: With approximately 22% manganese, it has the highest hardness and superior wear resistance. Best suited for high-impact, high-abrasion severe conditions (such as quartz sand, high-hardness ores, highly abrasive materials and etc.).
