HCMP foundry supplies manganese and alloy track shoes for a range of hydraulic excavators and shovels.

Manganese steel: ASTM128 Grade E1 (Mn13Mo1)…etc , we could cast according to customer enquiry material .

Alloy steel: Germany standard:GS34CrMoV5 and GS30CrMoNi4 , AISI4320( Chinese standard G20CrNi2Mo) …etc , We could cast according to customer enquiry material.

Our alloy track shoes undergo secondary induction hardening on the tread surface and drive lugs to ensure maximum wear life .
