Main Materials

Material: Modified Austenitic High Manganese Steel

Characteristics: High manganese, austenitic (non-magnetic), work hardening steel. It has very high strength, ductility, toughness and excellent wear resistance in the most punishing applications. In addition, this steel has a very low coefficient of friction which is very important to wear resistance – especially in steel-to-steel applications. This steel thrives on severe wear conditions. The more impact and hammering it receives, the harder the surface of the steel becomes. This characteristic is known work-hardening. The fact that the material remains ductile underneath, makes it a most effective steel in combating impact and abrasion. This steel is weldable with special high manganese electrodes. Due to this steel’s work hardening characteristics, it does not lend itself to machining by conventional methods.

I: TIC Inlay Wear Parts for cone crusher, jaw crusher, hammer crusher and bucket teeth – Longer wear life more than 2 times.

The crusher wear parts used in crusher lines represent a key factor in plant efficiency. With the development of the market for crushing, crushing has evolved. When crushing some super-hard stones, the traditional high manganese steel liners do not achieve good results and have a very short service life, and the replacement cycle of the liners is also very short.

To solve this challenge, engineers have developed a new crusher liner series, TIC Inlay Wear Parts, with the goal of extending the lifetime of these tools. Featuring a special alloy, the high-quality TIC inlay wear parts from our foundry ensure substantially enhanced economic efficiency and can be used in all types of crusher series.

II. Chrome bar inlay wear parts for jaw plates of jaw crusher.

Inlaid Reinforcement: solid high-chromium alloy bars (Cr26), high hardness (HRC58-65), base Matrix: high manganese steel (Mn13cr2 /Mn18Cr2/Mn22Cr2), outstanding anti-abrasion performances against granite, basalt, quartz, iron ore and other sharp hard stones.

CHROME BAR INSERT

Above two inlay material Working principle

Our engineers inlay the titanium carbide rods or chrome bar on the working surface of the liner. When the stone enters the crushing chamber, it first meets the raised titanium carbide rods, which wear very slowly due to their ultra-hardness and wear resistance. At the same time, due to the protective effect of the titanium carbide rods, the matrix of the high manganese steel also slowly meets the stone and the matrix slowly hardens.

Material: Alloy steel

Alloy steel casting is the steel casting process that is alloyed with numerous elements in total amounts between 1.0% and 50% by weight to improve its mechanical properties. Alloy steels are broken down into two groups: low-alloy steels and high-alloy steels. Most commonly, alloy steels used in investment casting are low-alloy steels.

Strictly speaking, every steel is an alloy, but not all steels are called “alloy steels”. The simplest steels are iron (Fe) alloyed with carbon (C) (about 0.1% to 1%, depending on type). However, the term “alloy steel” is the standard term referring to steels with other alloying elements added deliberately in addition to the carbon. Common alloyants include manganese (the most common one), nickel, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, silicon, and boron. Less common alloyants include aluminum, cobalt, copper, cerium, niobium, titanium, tungsten, tin, zinc, lead, and zirconium.

II: DHT (Differentially Heat-treated) Alloy Shedder hammer

Our foundry developed high-performance martensitic steel hammers for recycling shredder applications with outstanding wear life.

This hammer is perfect for operations that cannot properly been work hardened for a manganese hammer. Unlike a traditional alloy hammer which is the same hardness throughout the entire hammer, the different hardened alloy hammer is softer around the pin hole to minimize hammer pin wear and afford enough yield to avoid hole deformation during running. Higher hardness on beating edge to ensure a good wear life.

Hardness on Pin hole – BHN 330 – 390

Hardness on beating edge – BHN 530 – 650

Material: Ceramic Embedded Bimetallic Technology

Reduce the downtime of impact crushers

MMC Ceramic embeddedMMC Ceramic Embedded

A casting technology that embeds ceramic grits into the casting at molten state.

The embedded ceramics largely enhance the ability to wear resistance of casting.

MMC technology is used to make the blow bars and impact plates with longer life for impact crushers.

bimetallicBimetallic

A wear technology that combines two different types of metals (always chrome backed with mild steel) by brazing. It combines the good wear performance of chrome white iron and the good impact resistance of mild steel.

Bimetallic is used to make side plates and chucky bars with longer life for Impact crushers.
