Crusher jaw plates, the core wear parts for jaw crushers, have been upgraded with TiC (Titanium Carbide) insert technology to deliver extended service life and stable crushing performance for mining, aggregate, cement and rock recycling projects worldwide.
As the key working liners including fixed jaw plate and swing jaw plate, these jaw plates adopt high manganese steel matrix with strategically embedded TiC inserts. The composite structure greatly improves wear resistance and impact toughness, solving frequent wear and short service life pain points under heavy-load crushing conditions.
Optimized tooth profile design ensures consistent crushing size, higher throughput and lower power consumption. Custom patterns, sizes and material formulas are supported to fit mainstream jaw crusher models, covering Metso, Sandvik, Osborn and other popular brands.
“Downtime and spare part replacement cost are big burdens for crushing sites,” said the sales manager. “Our TiC-insert jaw plates help customers cut maintenance frequency and reduce overall operating cost.”
The jaw plates are ready for bulk export to Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia. Inspection before shipment and full technical support are provided for overseas buyers.
