The P&H 4100 is a flagship large mining shovel widely deployed in open-pit mines globally. Its undercarriage bears the full machine weight and continuous impact loads on rugged mine benches, making it one of the highest-wear assemblies. Our newly released undercarriage components adopt high-grade alloy steel and optimized heat treatment processes, delivering superior hardness, impact resistance and wear performance compared with standard replacement parts.
Each component is strictly manufactured per original OEM drawing dimensions, ensuring perfect fitment for P&H 4100, 4100XPC and 4100XPB variants. The complete undercarriage package helps mine operators reduce unplanned downtime, extend service intervals and cut total ownership costs.
